At Lộc Trời ART, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and professional order fulfillment process to protect both our customers and our business operations.

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours after the order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days depending on the destination, carrier availability, and scheduling conditions.

Delivery Scheduling & Customer Responsibility

For large furniture and altar products, the shipping carrier may contact the customer directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information,
  • Being available to receive the shipment,
  • And coordinating delivery within the carrier’s scheduled timeframe.

If a customer misses the scheduled delivery appointment or fails to receive the shipment, any additional redelivery, storage, warehouse, or carrier-related fees may become the responsibility of the customer.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all packages and products immediately upon delivery.

In the event of shipping-related damage, customers must:

  • Provide clear photos and/or videos taken at the time of delivery,
  • Document the condition of the packaging and product,
  • And report the issue within 24 hours of receipt.

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for review due to the inability to verify the condition of the shipment upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of handcrafted furniture and altar products, all sales are considered final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted in cases involving:

  • Shipping-related damage,
  • Severe breakage,
  • Or verified delivery defects.

Normal variations in wood grain, color tone, texture, or handmade craftsmanship are not considered defects.
